Materials:
Coroplast: (Corrugated plastic - like yard signs) Sheets are waterproof, lightweight and low cost - this is the most cost effective ridged long-lasting sign material. A very versatile sheet that is widely used in applications. 4mm is standard thickness (also available in higher thicknesses).
Dibond: Lightweight, long lasting, very durable rigid aluminum composite material is ideal for all types of outdoor and indoor signage applications including jobsite and architectural signs, display and exhibition in 3mmthickness.
Scrim Vinyl Banner: Solid scrim reinforced vinyl for durable, weather resistant banner applications. Can be printed in multiple colors and designs.
Mesh Banner: Option #1: 60" high and smaller uses 9 oz. mesh banner with about 25% airflow meaning 75% ink coverage; the extra surface area makes it seem heavier than the 10oz mesh and yields a richer, more saturated color.Option #2: 60" high and larger uses 10oz mesh which has a 30% airflow meaning 70% ink coverage, so the image is softer and not as vivid as the 9 oz. mesh.Price: 9 oz. mesh is typically more expensive. Both are perfect for fence banners, all outdoor applications and windy conditions. Can be printed in multiple colors and designs.
MDO Board: Pre-finished ½" plywood that is primed & painted. Often used for project description and land use signs. Can be printed in B&W and colors.
PVC (usually called Sintra): Indoor and outdoor signage usages, multiple colors and thicknesses available, ridged long lasting economical material. Can be susceptible to UV light deterioration when used outdoors for longer periods of time. Locally stocked in white.
*Anti-Graffiti: Anti-graffiti protection can be added to any sign or banner material for a minimal additional charge. PLEASE NOTE IN "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS" TEXT BOX.
**Sizes listed are the recommended dimensions from management, however all signs can be scaled larger or smaller.
